文化创新比较研究

“一带一路”倡议的深入推进为地方特色文化对外传播提供了重要契机，也带来了新的挑战。闽西客家文化是中华文化的重要组成部分，蕴含着独特的历史价值与文化内涵，但其外宣翻译也面临着更高要求。该文以翻译目的论“三原则”为理论框架，剖析客家文化翻译实践中存在的问题，构建了目的论指导下的外宣翻译策略体系。该体系以目的原则为导向，连贯性原则为准则，忠实性原则为基础，有效解决当前翻译实践中存在的目标模糊、可读性不足、文化传递失衡等问题，提升闽西客家文化的国际传播效能，促进“一带一路”倡议下的跨文化交流互鉴。

The deepening advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) presents significant opportunities alongside new challenges for the international dissemination of local cultural heritage. As a vital component of Chinese culture, Western Fujian Hakka culture possesses unique historical value and cultural significance. However, its translation for global audiences faces heightened demands. Guided by the three foundational rules of Skopos Theory, this study analyzes existing problems in Hakka cultural translation practices and constructs a purpose-driven translation strategy framework for international publicity. This framework prioritizes the Skopos rule as its core objective, adheres to the coherence rule for readability, and upholds the fidelity rule as its fundamental basis.It effectively addresses current key problems such as ambiguous translation objectives, inadequate readability, and imbalanced cultural transmission. Thus, it enhances the efficacy of international communication for Western Fujian Hakka culture and fosters mutual learning among civilizations under the BRI.
